Having dealt with Anxiety for most of my life, I have one major trigger, which is a disorganized and haphazard living space.
 
I have dealt with a very messy home for years and, after working with Sondra over the course of just a few days, our house is finally in order! This has also lead to other unexpected benefits too! I wash dishes more often which causes me to use far fewer paper plates and plastic ware. The sink stays empty. I actually am interested in decorating my house!!
